This continuous conveyor mesh belt furnace production line mainly consist of feeding machine, quenching furnace, elevator, quenching tank, washing machine, dryers, tempering furnace and electric control system, etc.
Application field
This furnace is well suited for following metal parts heat treatment;
1.Standard parts and hardware, for instance, bolts and nuts
2.Small pressed parts

4.Punched parts

Advantages
1.Internal conveyor belt, wherever possible; this results in energy savings by eliminating the need for energy to heat up the belt repeatedly; less wear on the belt through uniform temperature ad use of stored heat; long belt life;
2.Internal conveyor belt is available in different cast link designs;
3.Gas tight furnace design heated by radiant tubes;
4.Loading devices for different loading techniques handling the product carefully (soft-handling). Metering and weighing is performed part specific and adjusted for furnace capacity;
