LDMC Series plasma nitriding furnace consist of furnace body, transmission equipment, vacuum pumping systems, power supply system, gas supply system and measure temperature, etc.
Advantages
1.Compared with gas nitriding furnace,has the advantages of fast nitriding, nitriding layer organization is easy to control, need only 3 to 10h;
2. After nitriding treatment, surface hardness can reach up to HV900(HRC64),nitriding depth can be controlled in 0.09-0.87mm,can significantly improve the surface hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
